Citydev.Brussels

Citydev.brussels is a pararegional public institution that was created in 1974.
Citydev.brussels’s assignment is to attract industrial, semi-industrial, crafts and services companies with high added value to the Brussels-Capital Region, and to keep them there. It accomplishes this by offering them real estate infrastructure (plots or buildings) at attractive prices. It acquires and equips sites and manages the establishment possibilities.

Our commercial department helps you to find the ideal spot for your company in the Brussels Region.
Today, citydev.brussels manages a total of 193 hectares of parks and plots and 80.000 m² of buildings for companies, distributed across 45 different sites in the Brussels-Capital Region. In so doing, citydev.brussels encourages economic development and promotes employment in the Brussels region.
Companies that want to set up on the plots or in the buildings of citydev.brussels must meet the activity and employment criteria for determined by the citydev.brussels board of directors . You can find the criteria on our website, www.citydev.be, under the heading “entreprendre > critères d’accueil” or “ondernemen > vestigingscriteria”.
If your company doesn't meet the citydev.brussels criteria, the commercial department is there to help you find a plot or a building via Inventimmo, citydev.brussels’s free “one-stop shop” for business real estate in the Brussels-Capital region.
Companies and self-employed workers who want to set up or expand in Brussels have a unique, free service at their disposal: Inventimmo.
Inventimmo is the database that lists all the available (i.e. for sale or for lease) business real estate in the Brussels-Capital Region: workshops, warehouses, industrial plots, commercial spaces, and offices (vintage and new).
